Citrix and NComputing have a common vision to drive mainstream adoption of virtual deskops, and share a goal to eliminate the barriers of cost and complexity - a main contributor to delayed adoption. NComputing plans to bring an NComputing branded HDX Ready thin client powered by Numo SoC technology to market in 1H 2012. The new NComputing HDX client devices will be an addition and complementary to the existing NComputing product line.

As a charter member of the HDX Ready SoC initiative, NComputing will be creating multi-generational HDX Ready SoC enabled solutions for the OEM market to innovate and bring new HDX capable devices and form factors such as set-top boxes, tablets and other embedded devices that require low cost PC functionality with full-fidelity multimedia.
